Return & Refund Policy

We at Karbanic by Reshma strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help with our return and refund policy.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return is requested within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or altered products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
  3. The item must be shipped back to our address (shipping charges borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refund will be issued to the customer’s bank account after confirmation.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.
  • Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
